Refund policy
At Blush & Bundles By Jay, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the personal nature of hair extensions, wigs, and cosmetics, we maintain strict health and hygiene standards for the safety of all our customers.
1. Return Window
We offer a 3-day return or exchange window from the date your package is delivered. Items must be in their original, unaltered condition to be eligible.
2. Eligibility & Hygiene Requirements
To protect our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
- Hair/Wigs: The lace has been cut, the hair has been washed, colored, or chemically treated, or the original security ties/packaging have been removed.
- Makeup/Skincare: The product seal is broken or the item shows any signs of use.
- General: The item is missing its original packaging or tags.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made wigs or specially ordered hair lengths/textures.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
i.) Email us at bundlesnblushbyjay@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
ii.) Include photos of the product to confirm its current condition.
iii.) Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
5. Shipping Costs
- Defective/Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we will cover all shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: For standard returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
