Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Blush & Bundles By Jay. We are committed to delivering your beauty and hair essentials as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 48 hours.

• Custom Wigs/Pre-Order Hair: Please allow 14-21 business days for construction and customization before shipping.

• You will receive a notification via email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.

• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days.

3. Local Pickup

If you are located in the Ontario area, we may offer local pickup options. If available, this will appear as an option at checkout. You will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Blush & Bundles By Jay is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages & Lost Packages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience. If you received your order damaged, please:

• Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

• Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

• Email us at bundlesnblushbyjay@gmail.com so we can assist you with the process.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
